Last years event was our very first display .....a lot has happened since then ! We had double the table space and still managed to fill it , although due to family commitments I could not attend the show until after lunch ......well to be honest I got to the show just after 12 and then had lunch ...yum yum....see below !! Thanks to the DMMS for another good show and roll on next year. The best food at any model show ?? ......probably ! This show is also great for the catering facilities !! 2 each of eggs ,sausages , bacon with mushrooms , beans and tomatoes plus two slices of toast. A full English breakfast for £4.50 ....yum yum .  Our first visit to this show and hopefully not our last !! A very enjoyable day with lots to see and we had a lot of interest from the public too. This was our second largest ever display , 40 Tornado on display plus one that went unserviceable due to a broken wheel (1/32nd Tigermeet ECR) and there was one poor 229 OCU F3 that I left in the box (oops ! ) a grand total of 42 . Thanks to all who contributed on the day . Oh.....not forgetting.....we were located next to a big thing with swing wings ...YES !!!! A very big thanks to the Shropshire Scale Modellers for organising a very memorable day . Tornados on other tables |
