The Huddersfield Model Show was our second of the year. It was the second outing for the Gulf War. Andy Molyneaux, a member of Flory Models brought along his 1/32nd Scale build, along with some genuine Gulf War artefacts (a hat and keffiyeh). This display is continuing to evolve, it should be very impressive by the time it appears at Telford. Matt Ball, another Flory Models member has also kindly donated his D-9592 prototype build to the SIG. Our first show of the year! Just Nathan, myself and a couple of Mr Snowden's kits. As ever, we had IPMS Cleveland next door for company. Another enjoyable day and possibly the last show to be held at the Sports centre .......a new venue is planned for next year.
Our second show of the year at this very popular venue ....hence the limited table space packed with as much as we could fit on ! The fluorescent lighting plays havoc with the cameras settings so apologies for the orange tinge.......I only took two photos all day ....these are thanks to Andy MkII Buzz973. A special big thanks to Trevor Snowden for bringing his collection of Airfix Tornados and for his time behind the tables . Cheers ! One of our members , Tango Fox , became a class medal winner with his Revell 1/144 Tornado GR1 in Gulf War colours.
